Rate Change Dates definition

Rate Change Dates means each Fixed Interest Period End Date or Interest Period End Date specified in the applicable Final Terms, and each a "Rate Change Date".

  • Thereafter, the Remarketing Agent (after consultation with the District) shall designate Adjustment Periods and the Rate Determination Dates, Rate Change Dates and Interest Payment Dates therein for each Series 2008 Bond, and each Series 2008 Bond will remain in such Mode until the end of such Adjustment Period or until the designation, if any, of a Substitute Adjustment Date by the Remarketing Agent pursuant to this Section 2.02(f).

  • Interest Rate Change Date The date on which the Mortgage Interest Rate is subject to change as provided in the related Mortgage Note.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the final maturity date of the Restructured Bond or Loan with the latest final maturity date of any Restructured Bond or Loan occurs prior to the 2.5-year Limitation Date (such Restructured Bond or Loan, a "Latest Maturity Restructured Bond or Loan") and the Credit Observation End Date occurs prior to the final maturity date of such Latest Maturity Restructured Bond or Loan, then the Restructuring Maturity Limitation Date will be the final maturity date of such Latest Maturity Restructured Bond or Loan.

  • Payment Dates means, with respect to any Receivable, the date a payment is due in accordance with the Receivable Agreement with respect to such Receivable as in effect as of the date of determination.

  • Increased Rate means, with respect to any Increased Rate Period for a Series of RVMTP Shares, the Index Rate for such Increased Rate Period plus an Applicable Spread of 5.92%.

  • Floating Rate Calculation Date means, for any Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the 30th day prior to the first day of such Quarterly Floating Rate Period.

  • Exchange Date means, in relation to a temporary Global Note, the day falling after the expiry of 40 days after its issue date and, in relation to a permanent Global Note, a day falling not less than 60 days, or in the case of failure to pay principal in respect of any Notes when due 30 days, after that on which the notice requiring exchange is given and on which banks are open for business in the city in which the specified office of the Fiscal Agent is located and in the city in which the relevant clearing system is located.

  • Quarterly Floating Rate Period means, for the initial Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the period commencing on September 20, 2018 and ending on and including December 19, 2018, and thereafter the period from and including the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Quarterly Floating Rate Period to but excluding the next succeeding Quarterly Commencement Date.

  • Early Maturity Date means the date notified to the Investor as such in the Early Maturity Notice;

  • Revised Rate With respect to any ARD Mortgage Loan, the increased interest rate after the Anticipated Repayment Date (in the absence of a default) for such ARD Mortgage Loan, as calculated and as set forth in the related Loan Agreement.

  • Fixed Rate Interest Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date, and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date.

  • Acceleration Date on any Security means the date on and after which the principal or any or all installments of interest, or both, are due and payable on any Security which has become accelerated pursuant to the terms of the Security.
