Realisation Amount definition

Realisation Amount means the net proceeds of realisation of, or enforcement with respect to, the Security Interests over the Mortgaged Property (following payment of all amounts due to the Trustee or, as the case may be, the Selling Agent, including any costs, expenses and taxes incurred in connection with such realisation or enforcement).
Realisation Amount means the net proceeds of realisation of, or enforcement with respect to, the Collateral Assets in a Collateral Pool following payment of all Enforcement Expenses and, where applicable, following payment of any amount which is payable in priority to amounts due in respect of the Secured Securities which are secured by such Collateral Pool in accordance with the Priority of Payments;
Realisation Amount means, the equivalent in the Specified Currency of the net proceeds of the realisation or, as the case may be, redemption of the Series Assets (or, as the case may be, part thereof) and/or, if applicable, the net proceeds due (if any) as a result of the termination (in whole or in part as the case may be) of any Hedging Agreement received by or on behalf of the Issuer (or, in the case of enforcement, by or on behalf of the Trustee), having taken into account any costs and expenses which may be incurred by or on behalf of the Issuer or, as the case may be, the Trustee, including taxes and other charges in connection with the delivery or sale of any Series Assets, to the extent the net proceeds are received in respect thereof.

Examples of Realisation Amount in a sentence

  • If the amount realised in respect of the Charged Assets is not in the same currency as the currency in which the relevant Class of Notes is denominated then the Calculation Agent shall convert such amount into the currency in which the relevant Class of Notes is denominated at the relevant prevailing spot foreign exchange rate and such amount so converted shall be the Realisation Amount.

  • Upon sale of all of the Charged Assets and receipt of the Realisation Amount, the Issuer shall give notice as soon as reasonably practicable to the Trustee and the Securityholders (which notice shall be irrevocable) of the date on which the Securities will be redeemed at the Early Redemption Amount.

  • The Trust Instrument provides for the application of the Realisation Amount in accordance with the relevant Security Ranking Basis.

  • The Selling Agent shall arrange for, and administer the sale of, the Charged Assets in accordance with the Agency Agreement in which case, upon the sale of the Charged Assets and receipt of the Realisation Amount, the Issuer shall give notice as soon as reasonably practicable to the Trustee and the Securityholders (which notice shall be irrevocable) of the date on which the Securities will be redeemed at the Early Redemption Amount.

Realisation Amount means the net realisation proceeds of the MTM Adjustable Assets following payment in full of all Enforcement Expenses;
