Reference Obligor definition

Reference Obligor means the obligor of a Reference Obligation.

Reference Obligor means with respect to a Synthetic Security, the entity to whose credit such Synthetic Security is linked and the entity under any Reference Obligation specified in such Synthetic Security under a Reference Obligation;
