Registered Share Capital definition

Registered Share Capital has the meaning set forth in Article 3.6.3.
Registered Share Capital means, in respect of any entity as of any date, the amount shown under the balance sheet position pursuant to § 266 (3) (A) I of the German Commercial Code as determined as of such date.
