Relevant Portion definition

Relevant Portion means the Aggregate Nominal Amount of the Notes divided by the Calculation Amount.
Relevant Portion means a portion of any part of the Works which has been sub-contracted out to a sub-contractor of the first or the second tier of sub-contracting under sub-clause (2) of this Clause, and such portion comprises only work or services falling within the description of one or more of the “Construction Trades” which are listed under the trade classification of the Voluntary Sub-contractor Registration Scheme;

Examples of Relevant Portion in a sentence

  • If a "Zero Recovery Rate" is specified in respect of a Reference Entity, an investor will receive zero in relation to the Relevant Portion.

More Definitions of Relevant Portion

Relevant Portion means the aggregate Outstanding Principal Amount of the Notes at such time divided by the sum, for each Series of Notes (as defined in the Portfolio Management Agreement), of the aggregate Outstanding Principal Amount of such Series of Notes in each case calculated at the time that the Relevant Claims become due.
Relevant Portion means, with respect to any Loan Notes to be issued to the Issuer on a Drawing Date, a portion of each of the Demeter Eligible Assets (if any), the Demeter Eligible Asset Income (if any) and the Demeter Facility Fees (if any) held by the Issuer on such Drawing Date equal to the quotient of (i) the principal amount of Loan Notes so issued on such Drawing Date, and (ii) the amount of the Available Commitment as at the close of business on the Business Day immediately prior to such Drawing Date, the composition and calculation of which shall be determined by the Calculation Agent. Such portion of Demeter Eligible Assets shall include a pro rata equal portion of each Eligible Asset then comprising the Demeter Eligible Assets.
Relevant Portion means, in respect of Affected Securities, the proportion which the Affected Securities bear to the total principal amount of the Loan Participation Securities.

Any Successor to the Reference Entity either (a) identified by the Determination Agent pursuant to this § 6 (and, in particular, the definition of "Successor") on or following the Issue Date, or (b) identified pursuant to a DC Resolution in respect of a Successor Resolution Request Date and publicly announced by the DC Secretary on or following the Issue Date shall, in each case, with effect from the Succession Date, be the Reference Entity for these Notes (as determined pursuant to this § 6).
