Required Notice definition

Required Notice has the meaning supplied in Section 2.01(b).
Required Notice. With respect to any Reconstitution, 15 days' prior written notice, in each case, (i) accompanied by loan-level data with respect to the Mortgage Loans intended for inclusion in such Reconstitution and (ii) specifying the percentage of mortgage loans in the entire related transaction that consist of Mortgage Loans.
Required Notice has the meaning specified in Section 10.19(b).

More Definitions of Required Notice

Required Notice means a notice in form and content approved by the Bank given to the branch of the Bank referred to above not later than 10:30 a.m. local time three Business Days immediately preceding the date on which:

Required Notice means advance written notice of your intent to terminate your employment with the Tapestry Companies, delivered not less than (A) the advance written notice period required in your individual employment letter if you are then a member of the Tapestry Executive Committee, which shall not be less than three (3) months, (B) six (6) weeks before your last day of employment if you are then a Senior Vice President, or (C) four (4) weeks before your last day of employment if you are then a Vice President (there is no Required Notice applicable if you are below the level of Vice President).
