Reset Notes definition

Reset Notes means a Note on which interest is calculated at reset rates payable in arrear on a fixed date or dates in each year and/or at intervals of one, two, three, six or 12 months or at such other date or intervals as may be agreed between the Issuer and the relevant dealer(s) (as indicated in the relevant Final Terms);
Reset Notes means a Note on which interest is calculated at a fixed rate, which is reset by reference to a formula in respect of each successive Reset Period, payable in arrear on a fixed date or fixed dates in each year and on redemption or on such other dates as may be agreed between the Issuer and the relevant Dealer(s) (as indicated in the applicable Final Terms);
Reset Notes means one or more notes in the form of Exhibit A hereto due December 31, 2009, dated the Reset Determination Date and in an aggregate principal amount at maturity equal to the future value on December 31, 2009 of the aggregate Reset Note Price which shall have been amortized through such date, such amount to be so amortized on a daily basis and compounded semi- annually on each January 1 and July 1 at the Reset Accretion Rate from the Reset Determination Date, until December 31, 2009 computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months.

Examples of Reset Notes in a sentence

  • Fixed Rate Reset Notes will initially bear interest at the Initial Rate of Interest until (but excluding) the First Reset Date.

  • This Condition 5.3 applies only to Reset Notes and references to “Notes” in this Condition 5.3 shall be construed accordingly.

  • The applicable Final Terms will indicate whether the Notes are Fixed Rate Notes, Floating Rate Notes, Reset Notes or Zero Coupon Notes.

  • In certain circumstances, the ultimate fallback for a particular Interest Period or Reset Period (as applicable) may result in the effective application of a fixed rate for Floating Rate Notes or Fixed Rate Reset Notes (as applicable) based on the rate of interest that was determined for the last preceding Interest Period or Reset Period (as applicable).

  • Risks related to the structure of a particular issue of Floating Rate Notes or Fixed Rate Reset Notes Investors should be aware that if any benchmark were discontinued or otherwise unavailable, the rate of interest on Floating Rate Notes or Fixed Rate Reset Notes (as applicable) which are linked to or which reference such benchmark will be determined for the relevant period by the fallback provisions applicable to such Notes.

  • Investors should consider all of these matters when making their investment decision with respect to the relevant Floating Rate Notes or Fixed Rate Reset Notes.

Reset Notes means the Class A-RR Notes, the Class B-RR Notes, the Class C-
Reset Notes means the Company's 13.500% Senior Subordinated Reset Notes due 1997 issued under the Reset Indenture, the interest rate on which has been reset to 16 1/8%.
