Restated Indenture definition

Restated Indenture means this Twelfth Supplemental Indenture which amends and restates the Indenture.
Restated Indenture means the Amended and Restated Indenture of Trust, Deed to Secure Debt and Security Agreement No. 2, dated as of December 1, 1997, among the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee.
Restated Indenture is this Restated and Amended Indenture of Mortgage and Deed of Trust which is a restatement of the Indenture. The Restated Indenture is not a new indenture; and when such term is used herein, it refers to the Indenture as restated by this Restated Indenture.
