Review of Charter definition

Review of Charter. The Committees shall review this Charter at least annually, and shall recommend any changes to the full Boards. This Charter may be amended only by the full Boards, with the approval of a majority of the dis-interested directors.

  • Company Charter Documents means the Company’s certificate of incorporation and bylaws, each as amended to the date of this Agreement.

  • CCC means Customer Care Centre

  • U.S. Special Resolution Regimes has the meaning specified in Section 11.21.

  • Charter contract or "contract" means a fixed-term, renewable contract

  • Charter means the Corporation’s certificate or articles of incorporation, articles of association, or similar organizational document.
