Review Panel definition

Review Panel means the panel, if any, appointed pursuant toRule 710 to review a completed Investigation Report and to determine whether a reasonable basis exists for finding a violation of the Rules and authorizing the issuance of a notice of charge pursuant to Rule 706.
Review Panel means a panel responsible for determining whether a reasonable basis exists for finding a violation of BSEF Rules, and for authorizing the issuance of notices of chargers against Persons alleged to have committed violations if the Review Panel believes that the matter should be adjudicated.
Review Panel means a panel responsible for determining whether a reasonable basis exists for finding a violation of the SEF Rules or other provision of Applicable Law for which the SEF has disciplinary jurisdiction, and for authorizing the issuance of notices of charges against Persons alleged to have committed violations if the Review Panel believes that the matter should be adjudicated.

More Definitions of Review Panel

Review Panel means a disciplinary panel that may be convened by the Chief Compliance Officer, pursuant to Rule 704, to review an investigation report submitted by the Compliance Department to determine whether (a) a reasonable basis exists to believe that a violation of the Rules has occurred, and (b) commencing disciplinary proceedings in respect of such potential violation is warranted.
Review Panel means ad hoc group(s) appointed by the Secretary of State to review, rank and recommend funding levels for Small Matching Grant Applications. Panel members may include architects, engineers, historians, architectural historians, archaeologists, educators and museum professionals with experience in historic preservation, as well as citizens with demonstrated interest and experience in historic preservation
