Examples of Rights to Payment in a sentence
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a judicial authority (including a U.S. Bankruptcy Court) holds that a security interest in the underlying Excluded Intellectual Property is necessary to have a security interest in the Rights to Payment, then the Collateral shall automatically, and effective as of the date of this Agreement, include the Excluded Intellectual Property to the extent necessary to permit perfection of the Lender’s security interest in the Rights to Payment.
All locations where Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor are kept, including all equipment necessary for accessing such Books and the names and addresses of all service bureaus, computer or data processing companies and other Persons keeping any Books or collecting Rights to Payment for such Grantor, are set forth in Schedule 4.
Each Grantor shall deliver to the Security Trustee, or an agent designated by it, appropriately endorsed or accompanied by appropriate instruments of transfer or assignment, all Documents and Chattel Paper, and all other Rights to Payment at any time evidenced by promissory notes, trade acceptances or other instruments, not already delivered hereunder pursuant to this Section 3, in each case, other than those of less than $10,000 (individually or in the aggregate).
All locations where the Grantor maintains Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment are kept, including all equipment necessary for accessing such Books and the names and addresses of all service bureaus, computer or data processing companies and other Persons keeping any Books or collecting Rights to Payment for the Grantor, are set forth in Schedule 1.
Operations Co has not assigned any of its rights under the Rights to Payment except to the Collateral Agent pursuant to the Financing Documents.
