Sale Price definition

Sale Price means the value as determined by the Administrator of the consideration payable, or otherwise to be received by stockholders, per share of Stock pursuant to a Sale Event.
Sale Price means any trade price for the shares of Common Stock on the Principal Market as reported by the Principal Market.
Sale Price means the price agreed upon by the Participating Funds and Seller at which the Securities and Cash Collateral, if any, are to be sold to the Participating Funds by Seller.

Sale Price means the price agreed upon by the Participating Funds and Seller at which the Securities and Cash Collateral, if any, are to be sold to the Participating Funds by Seller.
