Section 2.04 definition

Section 2.04. Assessments shall mean and refer to annual, special and default assessments levied pursuant to Article VI below to meet the estimated cash requirements of the Association.

  • Thereafter, the Borrower may elect to convert such Borrowing to a different Type or to continue such Borrowing and, in the case of a Eurodollar Borrowing, may elect Interest Periods therefor, all as provided in this Section 2.04.

  • Within the foregoing limits, and subject to the other terms and conditions hereof, the Company may borrow under this Section 2.04, prepay under Section 2.05, and reborrow under this Section 2.04.

  • Until each Revolving Credit Lender funds its Base Rate Loan or risk participation pursuant to this Section 2.04 to refinance such Revolving Credit Lender’s Applicable Revolving Credit Percentage of any Swing Line Loan, interest in respect of such Applicable Revolving Credit Percentage shall be solely for the account of the Swing Line Lender.

  • The Contractor will include the provisions of paragraphs (1) through (7) in every sub-contract or purchase order unless exempted by rules, regulations, or orders of the Secretary of Labor issued pursuant to Section 204 of Federal Executive Order No. 11246, as amended, Rhode Island General Law 28-5.1-10, and other regulations as issued by the Rhode Island Public Transit Authority, so that such provisions will be binding upon each subcontractor or vendor.

  • Section 504 means section 504 of the Act.

  • Section 102 means section 102 of the Ordinance and any regulations, rules, orders or procedures promulgated thereunder as now in effect or as hereafter amended.

  • Section 1110 means Section 1110 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Subsection means subsection of the section in which the term is used;

  • Paragraph means a portion of this Decree identified by an Arabic numeral;

  • Committed Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.01.

  • Section 504 Plan means a student’s individualized plan developed by the student’s Section 504 multidisciplinary team after a pre-placement evaluation finding the student is disabled within the meaning of Section 504 and its implementing regulations.

  • Applicable Participation Agreement Has the meaning specified in Section 5.01(b) of this Trust Supplement.

  • Swing Line Loan Participation Certificate a certificate in substantially the form of Exhibit I.

  • L/C Participation shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.3(a).

  • Swing Loan Request means a request for Swing Loans made in accordance with Section 2.5.2 [Swing Loan Requests] hereof.

  • Participation Advance shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.12(d).

  • Committed Loan Notice means a notice of (a) a Committed Borrowing, (b) a conversion of Committed Loans from one Type to the other, or (c) a continuation of Eurodollar Rate Loans, pursuant to Section 2.02(a), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A.

  • Swing Line Participation Amount as defined in Section 2.7(c).

  • Lender Participation Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(d)(iii).

  • Base Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest based on the Base Rate.

  • Swing Line Loan Notice means a notice of a Swing Line Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.04(b), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit B.

  • L/C Participation Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05(c).

  • Bid Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(a).

  • Section 404 means Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and the SEC’s rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • Loan Request means a letter in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Group Agents pursuant to Section 2.02(a).

  • Revolving Loan Notice means a notice of (a) a Revolving Borrowing, (b) a conversion of Revolving Loans from one Type to the other, or (c) a continuation of Revolving Loans as the same Type, pursuant to Section 2.02(a), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A.

  • Participation Fee means the amount payable by the Participant to the Council for the right to participate in the Hong Kong Pavilion at the Exhibition, as specified in Section I of the Application Form.

  • Swing Line Borrowing Notice is defined in Section 2.4.2.

  • Swingline Participation Amount as defined in Section 2.7(c).

  • Swingline Loan Notice means a notice of a Swingline Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.04(b), which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit J or such other form as approved by the Administrative Agent (including any form on an electronic platform or electronic transmission system as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent), appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.
