Separation Agreement and Release definition

Separation Agreement and Release means the agreement that an Eligible Executive must execute prior to receiving any benefits under the Plan. The Administrator will provide a copy of the Separation Agreement and Release to the Eligible Executive when he or she is designated as a Severance Benefit Employee under the Plan.
Separation Agreement and Release means a separation agreement containing, among other provisions, a general release of claims in favor of the Company and related persons and entities, confidentiality, return of property and non-disparagement, in a form and manner satisfactory to the Company.
