Series B Preference Shares definition

Series B Preference Shares means the Series B Preference Shares of the Company, par value US$0.0001 per share.
Series B Preference Shares means the Series B Preference Shares in the share capital of the Company, nominal or par value of US$0.00008 per share, having the rights set forth in the Memorandum and Articles of Association.

  • The Preference Shareholders are also entitled to piggyback registration rights if at any time Third Point Re registers SiriusPoint Series B Preference Shares for its own account, subject to customary “cut-back” exceptions.
