Series C Preferred Shares definition

Series C Preferred Shares means the Company’s series C preferred shares, par value US$0.00001 per share.

Series C Preferred Shares means the Series C Convertible Preferred Shares of the Company with a par value of US$0.0001 each, having the rights, limitations and preferences established by the Statement of Designations.

Series C Preferred Shares means shares of Series C Preferred Stock.

• No failure to give such notice or any defect thereto or in the mailing thereof shall affect the validity of the proceedings for the redemption of any Series C Preferred Shares except as to the holder to whom notice was defective or not given.

Series C Preferred Shares means, collectively, the Series C-1 Preferred Shares, the Series C-2 Preferred Shares and the Series C-3 Preferred Shares.
