Series C Conversion Price definition

Series C Conversion Price means the price at which Ordinary Shares shall be deliverable upon conversion of the Series C Preferred Shares as stipulated in Article 16.
Series C Conversion Price shall initially be the Series C Original Issue Price. Such initial Series C Conversion Price and the rate at which Series C Preferred Shares may be converted into Common Shares, shall be subject to adjustment as provided below.
Series C Conversion Price means a price that initially equals to the Original Series C Issue Price, and shall be adjusted from time to time as provided below in Clause 9 (d)(iv) of the Memorandum.
