Examples of Series Reserve Account in a sentence
A Series Reserve Account within the Debt Service Reserve Fund will be established for each Series of Bonds which requires such a reserve fund to be established for such Series and will be funded with an amount specified in each Supplemental Indenture.
All Bonds of all Series within a Class will rank pari passu with all other Outstanding Bonds of such Class, except with respect to any sinking fund or Series Reserve Account established for the benefit of a particular Series.
