Service Fee definition

Service Fee means a fee charged by us to you for the administration of your credit facility.

Service Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4.

Service Fee or “Service Fees” means the monthly or annual fees set forth in the Service Order to be paid by Customer to Provider as consideration for Provider’s provision to Customer of the Services, but does not include usage fees, taxes or regulatory fees or surcharges, which Customer must pay in addition to the Service Fees.

Examples of Service Fee in a sentence

• Payment of our Service Fee and the Transaction Amount in the applicable currency is due and payable by you to us at the time the Transaction is submitted by you for processing.

• Accordingly a new resident having paid the "admission fee" will be allowed up to 30 days relocation time prior to the commencement of the first Monthly Service Fee.

More Definitions of Service Fee

Service Fee refers to the fees payable by Party A to Party B under Clause 5.1 of this Agreement for the technology development and technology utilization services provided by Party B to Party A under Article 3 of this Agreement.
