Access Fee means a fee prescribed for the purposes of section 22(6) or 54(6), as the case may be;

More Definitions of Access Fee
Access Fee or “request fee” means a fee prescribed in terms of section 54 and Part III of the Regulations for the purposes of access and reproduction as per Annexure 2.
