Services to Children definition

Services to Children means services provided by the Organisation in which the Organisation is responsible for the supervision of, or has authority over, a child. This includes the provision of care, education, services or activities for children. To avoid doubt, it does not include one- off activities or incidental or ad hoc contact with children. Standards include:
