Shareholder Register definition

Shareholder Register means the register of Shareholders of the Group, which is established and maintained in accordance with this Charter, Law on Securities and the Law on Enterprises.

Shareholder Register means the register maintained recording the details of the Shareholders in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
