Site Improvements definition

Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.
Site Improvements means streets with curbs and gutters, culverts and other sewage and drainage facilities, and utility easements and hookups for individual lots or parcels.
Site Improvements means the surface level parking facilities, sufficient to accommodate approximately 371 automobiles, any and all on and off-site road improvements, walkways, complete utilities and drainage systems, landscaping work, exterior lighting, ground-mounted signs and other site improvements to be constructed and installed and upon the Land pursuant to the Plan and Specifications, the Lease and the Permitted Exceptions.

  • Furthermore, in the event of a breach by the Developer, after the requisite notice and opportunity to cure, as set forth in this Section, the City may terminate this Agreement, at which point the Developer shall immediately cease the construction of the Project, including the Site Improvements.

More Definitions of Site Improvements

Site Improvements means the repair, replacement or upgrade of those components or equipment of school district buildings and facilities that are not system improvements, including the repair, replacement or upgrade of:
Site Improvements means, collectively, the Public Infrastructure and the Public Open Spaces.

Site Improvements means the following exterior Improvements designed to be constructed within the Project Site substantially in accordance with the Plans: public streets and roads, medians, and curbs; stormwater culverts, catch basins, pipes and related infrastructure and facilities lying within, on or under any public street or road or Public Sidewalk; light fixtures, poles and other lighting receptacles, transformers, and related infrastructure and facilities lying within, on or under any public street or road or Public Sidewalk; traffic signs (i.e., stop, yield and speed limit signs generally utilized by the City of Norwalk for the purpose of controlling and managing traffic); electronic traffic and pedestrian crossing signals, and related wiring and controls, infrastructure and facilities; water and sanitary sewer pipes, pumps, manholes and related infrastructure and facilities lying within, on or under any public street or road or Public Sidewalk; fire hydrants and related infrastructure and facilities lying within, on or under any public street or road or Public Sidewalk; public trash receptacles; other utility and drainage lines, pipes and infrastructure and facilities lying within, on or under any public street or road or Public Sidewalk; parking meters located within or on any public street or road or sidewalk; and, with respect to the public gathering spaces located within Elm Street Extension and Orchard Street (and any similar areas or medians within roadways shown on the Master Site Plan), planters and other landscape architecture and plantings, trash receptacles, benches and other public seating and decorative improvements.
Site Improvements means the improvements made to the land outside the exterior limits of a structure or structures.
Site Improvements means, for the purposes of park dedication, the construction required to eliminate any environmental or physical encumbrances on land to be provided as the park dedication. (RC-Jun 21/16;E-Jul 30/16)
