Subcontractor Personnel definition

Subcontractor Personnel means employees, personnel, secondees, agents, principals and contractors of the Subcontractor.
Subcontractor Personnel means, with respect to any Subcontractor, persons acting on behalf of that Subcontractor or employed, engaged or retained by that Subcontractor in connection with the performance of that Subcontractor’s obligations under the Project Agreement or the Subcontract, including the Subcontractor’s consultants, contractors and subcontractors and the employees, officers, directors, volunteers and agents of the Subcontractor and its direct and indirect consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
Subcontractor Personnel means all employees, personnel, agents, representatives, and subcontractors, any other persons directly or indirectly employed by a subcontractor of the Subcontractor, and any other persons who perform work associated with the Services provided to Supplier by the Subcontractor under the Statement of Work.

More Definitions of Subcontractor Personnel

Subcontractor Personnel means all individuals, directly engaged in the Work under or through the Subcontractor, including employees of the Subcontractor Group.
Subcontractor Personnel means any officers, employees or agents of any Subcontractor. “Services” means all required work, labour, articles, materials, supplies, goods and services constituting the subject matter of this Contract, and as further stipulated in: Attachment A (Statement of Work); any Annex to the Statement of Work; and in respect of any additional work, labour, articles, materials, supplies, goods and services incorporated further to a Work Order or Purchase Order issued by the LMA Representative in accordance with clauses 9 and 10 of the Special Conditions.
Subcontractor Personnel means all employees, Affiliate Personnel and Permitted Subcontractors, if any, engaged by Subcontractor to perform the Work.
Subcontractor Personnel. The provisions of this Section, including but not limited to, Contractor’s obligations hereunder, shall also apply to personnel of any Subcontractor in the same manner as applicable to Contractor.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Vendor Personnel means employees, agents, independent contractors, or any other staff or personnel acting on behalf of or at the direction of Vendor or any Vendor Contractor performing or providing Services or Deliverables under this Agreement.

  • Subcontractors means subcontractors or subconsultants at any tier that are under the direct or indirect control or responsibility of the Contractor, and includes all independent contractors, agents, employees, authorized resellers, or anyone else for whom the Contractor may be liable at any tier, including a person or entity that is, or will be, providing or performing an essential aspect of this Contract, including Contractor’s manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

  • Subcontractor means any supplier, distributor, vendor, or firm that furnishes supplies or services to or for a prime contractor or another subcontractor.

  • Covered subcontractor means any entity that has a subcontract valued in excess of $1 million, except a subcontract for the acquisition of commercial items, including commercially available off-the-shelf items.

  • Contractor's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by the Contractor to provide services as per the contract.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Subcontractor employee, as used in this clause, means any officer, partner, employee, or agent of a subcontractor.

  • Reporting Subcontractor With respect to the Master Servicer or the Trustee, any Subcontractor determined by such Person pursuant to Section 11.08(b) to be "participating in the servicing function" within the meaning of Item 1122 of Regulation AB. References to a Reporting Subcontractor shall refer only to the Subcontractor of such Person and shall not refer to Subcontractors generally.

  • First-tier Subcontractor means any Subcontractor that has a contract with the General Contractor.

  • Major Subcontractor means, any Subcontractor with whom Contractor will enter (or has entered) into a Major Subcontract. 1

The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Contractor System means the information and communications technology system used by the Contractor in performing the Services including the Software, the Contractor Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Authority System).

  • Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under subparagraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:

  • Supplier’s Manager means a manager who at the relevant time carries such designation from the Supplier under, or in accordance with, ARTICLE 5;
