Subdivision Improvements definition

Subdivision Improvements means the Public Improvements and Private Improvements.
Subdivision Improvements means the street, drainage and other improvements listed on attached Exhibit A, and improvements described in the Plans, as hereinafter defined. Exhibit A includes estimated costs and completion dates for the Subdivision Improvements.
Subdivision Improvements means all improvements within a subdivision required by the Town or proposed by the subdivider or owner.

Examples of Subdivision Improvements in a sentence

  • Developer shall make written application to the Town for acceptance of the Public Improvements and for review of the Private Improvements, within thirty (30) days of the completion date of the Subdivision Improvements, with the exception of the improvements for which the Town has authorized an extension of time to complete.

  • If the Subdivision Improvements are not satisfactory, the Town shall prepare a detailed written description of all Subdivision Improvements which are not in compliance with the Approved Plans, subject to any changes that have been approved by the Town and any changes that have been required by the Town as a result of any unforeseen engineering design issues.

  • If the Town requests, Developer shall provide lien waivers, or other acceptable assurance, from all subcontractors, suppliers and materialmen who have furnished labor, material or services for the design, construction or installation of the Subdivision Improvements.

  • If this Sidewalk Deferral Agreement establishes a Sidewalk Construction Deadline which is less than four (4) years after execution of the Subdivision Improvements Agreement, the Subdivider may request an extension from the Design Review Section for an additional period of time, which shall not exceed a total of four years after execution of the Subdivision Improvements Agreement.

  • If the Subdivider will need more than four (4) years after execution of the Subdivision Improvements Agreement to construct the sidewalks, the Subdivider must request and obtain an extension from the Development Review Board and submit the required documentation to the Design Review Section before expiration of the four (4) years.

  • After curing the defects, Developer shall make a renewed written application to the Town for re-inspection of the Subdivision Improvements, which written application shall contain the items set forth above.

  • The Town shall thereafter use reasonable efforts to promptly re-inspect the Subdivision Improvements.

  • At the time of acceptance of the completed Subdivision Improvements, City will issue a written release of the remaining amount of the security, less 10% of the total costs of the Improvements, which shall be withheld by the City as Warranty Security.

  • If the Subdivision Improvements are satisfactory, Developer shall be entitled to a Notice of Construction Acceptance of the Public Improvements upon receipt of the Maintenance Guarantee and written approval of the Private Improvements.

  • After the receipt of the written application, the Town shall use reasonable efforts to promptly inspect the Subdivision Improvements.


More Definitions of Subdivision Improvements

Subdivision Improvements means all Improvements to real property required of the Developer by the City of Xxxxx Subdivision Ordinance, which cost shall be borne solely by Developer.
Subdivision Improvements means the Improvements constructed by Declarant within the Project, including, but not limited to, berms, swales, drainage facilities, parks, sidewalks, streets, trees, landscaping, fencing, irrigation facilities, lighting, utility lines, curbing, paving, and adjacent amenities.
Subdivision Improvements means all subdivision improvements to be installed outside the
Subdivision Improvements means the undergrounding of the utility line listed on attached Exhibit A, and improvements described in the Plans, as hereinafter defined. Exhibit A shall include estimated costs and completion dates for the Subdivision Improvements.
Subdivision Improvements means, collectively, all subdivision improvements to be constructed by SPOC pursuant to the Subdivision Construction Agreements.
Subdivision Improvements as used herein shall mean the interior streets, storm water management structures, storm sewers, water lines, sanitary sewers and electric lines necessary for construction and occupancy of the Project.

Related to Subdivision Improvements

  • Improvements shall have the meaning set forth in the granting clause of the Mortgage.

  • Minimum Improvements means the acquisition of land and construction of a 64-unit market rate residential apartment building and related improvements. The Minimum Improvements are more fully depicted in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.

  • Public Improvements means only the following improvements: housing facilities; garbage disposal plants; rubbish disposal plants; incinerators; transportation systems, including plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with those systems; sewage disposal systems, including sanitary sewers, combined sanitary and storm sewers, plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with the collection, treatment, or disposal of sewage or industrial wastes; storm water systems, including storm sewers, plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with the collection, treatment, or disposal of storm water; water supply systems, including plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with obtaining a water supply, the treatment of water, or the distribution of water; utility systems for supplying light, heat, or power, including plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with those systems; approved cable television systems, approved cable communication systems, or telephone systems, including plants, works,

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Improvement means the acquisition, construction, installation, or maintenance of any tangible property with an estimated useful life of five years or more including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Capital Improvements mean the purchase, renovation, rehabilitation, or construction of permanent land, buildings, structures, equipment and furnishings used directly for or in the Project, and any goods or services for the Project that are purchased and capitalized under GAAP, including any organizational costs and research and development costs incurred in Illinois. Capitalized lease costs for land, buildings, structures or equipment shall be included in “Capital Improvements” only if the lease term, including any extensions or options to extend, equals or exceeds the term of this Agreement, and provided that such lease costs are valued at their present value using the corporate interest rate prevailing at the time the Company filed its Application with the Department.

  • Improvement Costs means any additional expenditure on a fixed asset that materially increases the capacity of the asset or materially improves its functioning or represents more than 10% of the initial depreciation base of the asset;

  • Private Improvements means the improvements to be constructed on the Property that are not Public Improvements.

  • Buildings means any and all buildings, structures, garages, utility sheds, workrooms, air conditioning towers, open parking areas and other improvements, and any and all additions, alterations, betterments or appurtenances thereto, now or at any time hereafter situated, placed or constructed upon the Land or any part thereof.

  • Leasehold Improvements means all buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures located on any Leased Real Property which are owned by Company or any Company Subsidiary, regardless of whether title to such buildings, structures, improvements or fixtures are subject to reversion to the landlord or other third party upon the expiration or termination of the lease for such Leased Real Property.

  • Improvement Fund means the Improvement Fund for General Obligation Temporary Notes, Series 2017-1 created pursuant to Section 501 hereof.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.
