Subordinated Documents definition

Subordinated Documents means the Subordinated Note and any and all other documents, agreements, writings or instruments executed in connection therewith or pursuant thereto, in each case, as in effect on the date hereof and as amended, modified, restated or Refinanced in accordance with the terms hereof.
Subordinated Documents means collectively, the Subordinated Agreements and any and all other guaranties and security interests, mortgages and other liens directly or indirectly guarantying or securing any of the Subordinated Debt, and any and all other documents or instruments evidencing or further guarantying or securing directly or indirectly any of the Subordinated Debt, whether now existing or hereafter created, copies of which Subordinated Documents are attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Subordinated Documents means the present and future royalty agreements, promissory notes, unit notes, note indentures, royalty unit certificates, royalty certificates, royalty indentures, commitment letters, credit agreements, guarantees, certificates, instruments, notes, securities and all other agreements and other documents creating, evidencing, securing or otherwise relating to the Subordinated Obligations;

More Definitions of Subordinated Documents

Subordinated Documents means any document evidencing or recording the terms of any Subordinated Debt.
Subordinated Documents means, collectively, this Note, the Note Purchase Agreement and any and all other documents or instruments evidencing or guarantying, directly or indirectly, any of the Subordinated Debt, whether now existing or hereafter created.

Subordinated Documents means the Shareholder Debt Documents and the Intercompany Documents.
