Tax Certificate definition

Tax Certificate means the Federal Tax Certificate executed and delivered by the City on the Date of Original Issue of any Bond issued as a Tax-Exempt Bond, as the same may be amended or supplemented in accordance with its provisions.
Tax Certificate means an Internal Revenue Service Form W-9 (or the substantial equivalent thereof) in the case of a Limited Partner that is a U.S. person within the meaning of the Code, or an Internal Revenue Service Form W-8BEN or other applicable form in the case of a Limited Partner that is not a U.S. person.

Tax Certificate means the Tax Certificate delivered by the Authority at the time of the issuance and delivery of a Series of Bonds, as the same may be amended or supplemented in accordance with its terms.
