Tax Compliance Agreement definition

Tax Compliance Agreement means the Federal Tax Certificate, Tax Compliance Agreement, Arbitrage Agreement, or other written certification or agreement of the Issuer setting out representations and covenants for satisfying the post-issuance tax compliance requirements for the Tax-Exempt Bonds.

Tax Compliance Agreement means the Tax Compliance Agreement of even date herewith, between the City and the Trustee, as from time to time amended in accordance with the provisions thereof.

Tax Compliance Agreement means, with respect to any Series of Bonds, the Federal Tax Certificate and Compliance Agreement, dated the date of the issuance of the Related Series of Bonds, between the Transportation Board and the Trustee, as the same may be modified, altered, amended or supplemented pursuant to its terms.

Tax Compliance Agreement means the Tax Compliance Agreement of even date herewith among the Authority, the Corporation and the Bond Trustee, as from time to time amended in accordance with the provisions thereof.

Tax Compliance Agreement means the Tax Compliance Agreement of even date herewith among Lessee, Lessor and Escrow Agent, as such Tax Compliance Agreement may be amended from time to time in accordance with its terms.
