The Executive Committee shall obtain and keep in force such property and liability insurance as it deems advisable to protect the Association from casualty loss or damage of or to the CINC Network and to protect the Members, and the Executive Committee Members and Officers, from liability in connection with the ownership and operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of the CINC Network by the Association, and the operation of the Association generally.
