The Purchaser Order definition

The Purchaser Order means the order placed by the Purchaser, after the acceptance of LOI by the supplier, duly signed by the purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. It along with the letter of intent (LOI) and bid documents constitutes the contract.

  • The Purchaser Order may contain additional conditions which shall apply to this order.

  • Transfer Order means a transfer order issued pursuant to subsection 40(1) of the CCA transferring this Agreement from the LHIN to Ontario Health;

  • BIDDER/Seller which expression shall mean and include, unless the context otherwise requires, his successors and permitted assigns) of the second part.

  • Purchaser Representative means any person who satisfies all of the following conditions or who the issuer reasonably believes satisfies all of the following conditions:

  • Purchaser Parent has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
