Third Party Collateral definition

Third Party Collateral means any property of any Person other than Borrower which secures payment or performance of any Liabilities.
Third Party Collateral has the meaning set forth in Section 2.18(c)(iii).
Third Party Collateral means any Property or assets of any Obligor other than a Borrower which now or at any time hereafter secure the payment or performance of any of Borrowers' Obligations. Treasury Margin shall mean Two and One-Fourth Percent (2.25%) up to and including August 31, 1997, and thereafter, commencing on the first day of the second month following each fiscal quarter-end or fiscal year-end, the "Treasury Margin" shall, based upon the Guarantor's ratio of consolidated Indebtedness to Consolidated Tangible Net Worth as of the end of the immediately preceding quarter (or fiscal year) determined by reference to the Guarantor's quarter-end (or fiscal year-end) financial statements for such preceding fiscal quarter-end or fiscal year-end, (i.e., for the period beginning September 1, 1997 by referencing the Guarantor's July 31, 1997 fiscal quarter-end financial statements), mean the following:
