Third Party Software Components definition

Third Party Software Components means Software or any components thereof owned by a third party and distributed by the Company.
Third Party Software Components means Third Party software tools that 3DP either licenses in or otherwise approves for inclusion in the Proteomica(TM) Database.
Third Party Software Components means the third-party software bundled with or included the Product for which Pindrop has an obligation to pass- through the applicable open source or proprietary commercial software license terms directly to Company from the applicable third party licensor.

More Definitions of Third Party Software Components

Third Party Software Components means any Software other than Open Source Materials that is not owned by the Company.

Third Party Software Components. Some Software and future updates and patches include third party components, including open-source software components. These third-party components are provided to you under separate terms and conditions different from this Agreement, typically found in a separate license agreement, the header file of the component source code or in a README (or similarly titled) file. The third party’s license terms and use restrictions will solely govern the use of such components. To the extent that there may be conflict between this Agreement and applicable third-party license terms, the third-party license terms shall control third party components.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.

  • Open-Source Components means any software component that is subject to any open-source copyright license agreement, including any GNU General Public License or GNU Library or Lesser Public License, or other obligation, restriction or license agreement that substantially conforms to the Open Source Definition as prescribed by the Open Source Initiative or otherwise may require disclosure or licensing to any third party of any source code with which such software component is used or compiled.

  • Third Party Hardware means the third party hardware, if any, identified in the Investment Summary.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Court or Court Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • SAP Group Software means (i) any and all software products listed on the Price List as well as any SAP SDK which are provided by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) under any part of this Agreement all as developed by or for the SAP Group; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to Maintenance Services or warranty obligation by any member of the SAP Group; and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.
