this Deed definition

this Deed means this Deed and Schedules all read together.
this Deed and "TRUST DEED" means this Trust Deed and the Schedules and any Trust Deed supplemental hereto and the Schedules (if any) thereto, all as from time to time supplemented or modified in accordance with the provisions contained in this Deed and where applicable, therein.

  • Anything done or not done by Your Representative which, if done or not done by You, would be a breach of this Deed.

  • Should the consent of the Master of The Supreme Court be required for confirmation of the sale and should such confirmation not be obtained this "Deed of Sale" will be considered null and void.

  • If any provision of this Deed of Guarantee is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if this Deed of Guarantee had been executed with the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.

  • The Beneficiary shall be entitled to assign or transfer the benefit of this Deed of Guarantee at any time to any person without the consent of the Guarantor being required and any such assignment or transfer shall not release the Guarantor from its liability under this Guarantee.

  • This indemnity constitutes a separate and independent obligation from the other obligations under this Deed of Guarantee and shall give rise to a separate and independent cause of action.
