Throughput Agreement definition

Throughput Agreement as used herein means an agreement between a Contract Shipper and Pipeline Operator pursuant to which Contract Shipper commits to ship, or if not shipped nonetheless pay for the transportation of, a Committed Volume of Crude Petroleum.
Throughput Agreement means an agreement whereby Frontier El Dorado or Frontier Refining (or their Affiliates) agrees to terminal, transport or store crude oil or refined petroleum products on, in or at the Assets, as such agreement may be amended, modified or superceded from time to time.
Throughput Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.
