The Issuer is also required to make certain payments out of Principal Collections (including allocating Principal Draws to Total Available Funds) on each Monthly Payment Date in accordance with the Supplementary Terms Notice.
EXCESS AVAILABLE INCOME means, for a Quarterly Collection Period, the amount (if any) by which the Total Available Funds for the Quarterly Collection Period exceeds the Total Payments for the Quarterly Collection Period.
