Examples of Total Revolving Outstandings in a sentence
In addition to certain fees described in subsections (h) and (i) of Section 2.03, the Company shall pay to the Lender a commitment fee in Dollars equal to the product of (i) the Applicable Rate times (ii) the actual daily amount by which the Revolving Commitment exceeds the Total Revolving Outstandings.
The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Lender with a Revolving Commitment in accordance with its Applicable Percentage, a facility fee equal to the Applicable Rate times the actual daily amount of the Aggregate Revolving Commitments (or, if the Aggregate Revolving Commitments have terminated, on the Total Revolving Outstandings), regardless of usage, subject to adjustment as provided in Section 2.16.
Immediately after giving effect to the Credit Extension to be made on such date (and the application of the proceeds thereof), (i) the Total Revolving Outstandings at such time shall not exceed the Aggregate Revolving Commitments, (ii) the L/C Obligations shall not exceed the Letter of Credit Sublimit and (iii) the outstanding Swingline Loans shall not exceed the Swingline Sublimit.
If for any reason the Total Revolving Outstandings at any time exceed the aggregate Revolving Commitments then in effect, the Borrower shall immediately prepay, without premium or penalty, Revolving Loans and Swingline Loans and/or Cash Collateralize the L/C Obligations in an aggregate amount equal to such excess.
If the Lender notifies the Company at any time that the Total Revolving Outstandings at such time exceed the Revolving Commitment then in effect, then, upon receipt of such notice, the Borrowers shall first prepay Revolving Loans and second Cash Collateralize the L/C Obligations in an aggregate amount sufficient to reduce such excess.
