Total Sum definition

Total Sum means the total maximum amount of compensation for which all Work Orders may potentially be issued pursuant to this Agreement. Contractor’s entitlement to payment under this Agreement shall not exceed the Total Sum.

Total Sum. The County shall pay the City the sum of $22,140 including services, supplies and equipment for each year City provides general law enforcement service pursuant to this Agreement. If City provides general law enforcement services to the County for less than a full year, County shall reimburse the City on a pro-rata basis for the time services were actually provided. Payment shall be made to City twice yearly in the sum of $11,070. Payment will be made on June 30 and December 31, unless County has not received payment from the State of Washington. If payment from the State of Washington is delayed, County will pay City for services provided as soon as possible after receiving payment from the State of Washington. City agrees to promptly invoice County twice yearly, once on June 30 and again on December 31.

Total Sum. Xxxxxx shall pay to Niagara Falls the annual sum of Twenty Four thousand Four hundred Ninety dollars ($24,490.00) with a 3% cost of living increase yearly. In addition the Town of Xxxxxx shall be billed any retirement and social security contribution on the above amount that Niagara Falls incurs.
