Tranche Percentage definition

Tranche Percentage means a Global Tranche Percentage or a US/UK Tranche Percentage.

Tranche Percentage means in respect of each Tranche, the Tranche Quantity expressed as a percentage of the sum of all the Tranche Quantities at the Interruptible CSEP; and

Tranche Percentage means, at any time, with respect to any Lender holding any Revolving Commitment or Revolving Loan under the US Tranche or the European Tranche, such Lender’s US Tranche Percentage or European Tranche Percentage, as applicable, at such time.

Tranche Percentage means, with respect to any Lender, such Lender’s US Tranche Revolving Percentage or European Tranche Percentage, as applicable.

Tranche Percentage means, with respect to any date of determination, with respect to the Tranche consisting of the Series 2016-1 Class A-1 Notes, the quotient of the Outstanding Principal Amount of the Series 2016-1 Class A-1 Notes divided by the Outstanding Principal Amount of the Class A Notes, (ii) with respect to any additional Tranche consisting of Class A Notes, the quotient of the Outstanding Principal Amount of such additional Tranche of Class A Notes divided by the Outstanding Principal Amount of the Class A Notes.
