Transaction Auction Settlement Terms definition

Transaction Auction Settlement Terms means the Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms selected by the Calculation Agent in accordance with this provision. In relation to a Credit Event (and as set out in the definition of Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms), ISDA may publish one or more form(s) of Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms on its website at www.isda.org (or any successor website thereto) and may amend such forms from time to time. Each such form of Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms shall set out, inter alia, definitions of “Auction,” “Auction Cancellation Date,” “Auction Covered Transaction” and “Auction Final Price Determination Date” in relation to the relevant Credit Event. The Transaction Auction Settlement Terms for purposes of the Notes shall be the relevant form of Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms for which the Reference Transaction would be an Auction Covered Transaction (as such term will be set out in the relevant Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms). The Reference Transaction (as set out in the definition thereof) is a hypothetical credit derivative transaction included in this Product Supplement principally for the purpose of selecting the Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms appropriate to the Notes.
Transaction Auction Settlement Terms means the Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms applicable to the Reference Entity and obligations of the Reference Entity that are Not Subordinated to obligations which are of the same seniority as the Reference Obligation and for which this Transaction would be an “Auction Covered Transaction” (where for the avoidance of doubt, for such purpose in relation to the definition of “Auction Covered Transaction”, this Transaction shall meet the criteria outlined in paragraph (b) of the definition of “Covered Non-Swaption Transaction” (as defined in such Transaction Auction Settlement Terms) relating to “Auction Settlement” being the applicable Settlement Method).
Transaction Auction Settlement Terms means, with respect to a Credit Event, the Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms for which the Reference Transaction would be an Auction Covered Transaction.

Examples of Transaction Auction Settlement Terms in a sentence

  • Where Auction Settlement applies for the purposes of Section 7.4, "Valuation Obligation" means any obligation that is capable of constituting a deliverable obligation in accordance with the Transaction Auction Settlement Terms or, as the case may be, the Parallel Auction Settlement Terms.

  • Where the Settlement Method specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement in respect of a Series of N&C Securities is Auction Settlement and an Auction Final Price Determination Date occurs, the Auction Final Price will be determined according to an auction procedure set out in the applicable Transaction Auction Settlement Terms, a form of which will be published by ISDA on its website at www.isda.org (or any successor website thereto) from time to time and may be amended from time to time.

  • Any such timeline may be subject to subsequent amendment by LCH SA, by means of a Clearing Notice to Clearing Members, only to reflect subsequent DC Resolutions, timing provisions of any relevant Transaction Auction Settlement Terms and/or actions of DTCC, or in each case any subsequent amendments thereto.

Transaction Auction Settlement Terms means, in respect of any Reference Entity and a related Credit Event, the Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms published by ISDA in respect of such Credit Event and in respect of which the Notional Credit Derivative Transaction would be an Auction Covered Transaction.
Transaction Auction Settlement Terms means the relevant form of Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms published by ISDA in relation to a Credit Event for which the Reference Transactionwould be an Auction Covered Transaction (as such term will be set out in the relevant Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms), as selected by the Calculation Agent.
