Transaction Security Documents definition

Transaction Security Documents means each of the documents listed as being a Transaction Security Document in paragraph 2(e) of Part I of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) of the 2009 Financing Agreement and any document required to be delivered to the Administrative Agent under paragraph 3(d) of Part II of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) of the 2009 Financing Agreement together with any other document entered into by any Obligor creating or expressed to create any Security over all or any part of its assets in respect of the obligations of any of the Obligors under any of the Finance Documents (and any other Debt Documents).
Transaction Security Documents means, collectively, the Escrow Account Pledge and all of the documents which shall be executed or delivered pursuant to Clause 2.5 (Transaction Security).
Transaction Security Documents means, collectively, the Escrow Account Pledge and all of the documents which shall be executed or delivered pursuant to Clause 2.5 (Transaction Security) expressed to create any Security by the relevant grantor thereof in respect of the Issuer’s obligations under any of the Finance Documents.

More Definitions of Transaction Security Documents

Transaction Security Documents means any document, as amended from time to time, entered by any of the Company or its subsidiaries creating or expressed to create any security over all or any part of its assets in respect of their obligations under the Financing Agreement or any other document derived therefrom, or in connection therewith.
Transaction Security Documents means each of the following documents:

Transaction Security Documents means, collectively, all of the documents which shall be executed or delivered pursuant to Clause 2.5 (Transaction Security).
Transaction Security Documents means the Security documents under which the Transaction Security is created (including the Pre-Disbursement Transaction Security Documents), entered into by the Security Agent and the Company or the relevant Group Company providing the Transaction Security or Guarantee.
