Transmittal Form has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.2(B).

Related to Transmittal Form

  • Transmittal Letter has the meaning specified in Section 3.1(a).

  • Letter of Transmittal means the letter of transmittal to be prepared by the Company and sent to all Holders of the Notes for use by such Holders in connection with the Exchange Offer.

  • Exercise Form means an Exercise Form in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A.
