Type of Advance definition

Type of Advance refers to the distinction between Advances bearing interest at the Base Rate or Eurodollar Rate.
Type of Advance. [Base Rate or Eurodollar Loan].
Type of Advance means with respect to any Loan, such Loan is either a Prime Rate Option Advance or a LIBOR Advance, each of which shall be a "Type" of Advance.

Examples of Type of Advance in a sentence

  • The applicable Borrower shall select the Type of Advance and, in the case of each Eurocurrency Advance, the currency and Interest Period applicable thereto from time to time.

  • Each Advance or the amount thereof remaining outstanding from time to time, shall bear interest at the interest rate applicable to such Type of Advance determined in accordance with this Article 3, from the date on which such Advance is received in the account 479849 v.21 of the Limited Partnership or, if applicable, is paid on the Limited Partnership’s behalf, to the date on which such Advance is repaid in full or otherwise in accordance with this PFA.

More Definitions of Type of Advance

Type of Advance shall have the meaning given such term set forth in Subsection 2.1(B).
Type of Advance means a Floating Rate Advance or a Eurodollar Rate Advance.
