Unit Award definition

Unit Award means a grant of a Unit that is not subject to a Restricted Period.

Unit Award means an award granted pursuant to Section 6(d) of the Plan.

Unit Award means a grant under Section 6(e) hereof of a Unit that is not subject to a Restricted Period.

Examples of Unit Award in a sentence

• This Restricted Stock Unit Award is granted pursuant to the Plan, and the Restricted Stock Units and this Restricted Stock Unit Agreement are in all respects governed by the Plan and subject to all of the terms and provisions thereof, whether such terms and provisions are incorporated in this Restricted Stock Unit Agreement by reference or are expressly cited.

• Xxxxx Technologies, Inc.’s grant of performance based Restricted Stock Units with a grant date specified in the Performance Share Unit Award Agreement (“Grant Date”), is conditioned upon my execution of this Agreement, in consideration of Xxxxx Technologies, Inc.’s grant of such performance based Restricted Stock Units and the mutual promises contained in this Agreement, Xxxxx Technologies, Inc.

More Definitions of Unit Award

Unit Award means an award of Units under the Plan, which Units shall be issued on the Issue Date(s) determined in accordance with Section 6(b)(i) hereof, subject to adjustment pursuant to the provisions of such Section 6(b)(i);

Unit Award means an award of a fully vested Unit pursuant to Section 6.4 hereof.

Unit Award means an award of Restricted Share Units under the Plan;

Unit Award means an award granted under this Plan. A Unit Award has a base value of $50,000 for purposes of determining the payment made for a partially-vested Unit Award upon an Early Termination Date. Unit Award means a Restricted Stock Unit Award granted pursuant to Section 8 of the Plan or a Performance Related Stock Award granted pursuant to Section 9 of the Plan, in each case, representing a contractual right to receive a share of Stock (or the cash equivalent thereof) upon the satisfaction, in whole or in part, of the terms and conditions applicable to such Award. Unless otherwise determined by the Committee and set forth in the applicable Award Agreement, Unit Awards shall be settled upon the satisfaction or waiver of such Unit Award’s terms and conditions. Unless otherwise determined by the Committee and set forth in the applicable Award Agreement, the holder of a Unit Award shall not be entitled to receive dividends with respect to any shares of Stock underlying such Unit Awards.
