Unit Awards definition

Unit Awards means the units issued to eligible persons pursuant to paragraph 9 of this Plan as compensation for services rendered or to be rendered to the Corporation or its Subsidiaries.

Examples of Unit Awards in a sentence

  • Except as may be provided in an Award Agreement, Restricted Stock Unit Awards will be paid in Shares.

Related to Unit Awards

  • Stock Units means investment units under the Deferred Delivery Plan, each of which is deemed to be equivalent to one share of Stock.

  • Unit Award means a grant of a Unit that is not subject to a Restricted Period.

  • Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of a Restricted Stock Unit Award evidencing the terms and conditions of a Restricted Stock Unit Award grant.
