University Facilities definition

University Facilities means all buildings and grounds owned or controlled by the university and the streets, sidewalks, malls, parking lots, and roadways within the boundaries of property owned or controlled by the university.
University Facilities means all buildings and grounds, including athletic and recreational fields and Field Stations, owned, leased or operated by the University, except for property managed by University District Trust or University Innovation Quarter Trust.
University Facilities means all buildings (inclusive of building curtilage) and grounds, including athletic and recreational fields, on the University campus.

  • The Client shall indemnify and hold harmless the Board of Trustees of Illinois State University its trustees, officers, agents and employees, from and against any and all suits, actions, proceedings, claims, demands, assessments, judgments, costs, losses, liabilities and recoveries for injuries or death to any person including guests and invitees of the Client and for damage to property arising from the Client’s use of the University Facilities.

  • The Venue assumes no responsibility for any Client property brought into University Facilities by the Client and/or its invitees and the Client releases the Venue from all liabilities for any loss, theft, injury, or damage to such property that the Client may sustain.

University Facilities means its laboratories, supplies, equipment and other physical facilities; audiovisual recording, reproduction and playback facilities; computer equipment, whether owned or leased, including computer software; graduate assistant and employee time, including secretarial or clerical work. University Facilities does not include use of the Oikos University Library or its resources generally available to the academic community without charge. In addition, University Facilities does not include Employee use of assigned offices and office furnishings and equipment or Student use of computer labs for Coursework. Photocopying equipment is also not included provided that all costs to the University are reimbursed to actual expense.
University Facilities means all University of Florida (UF) facilities/buildings in the Florida counties of Alachua and Xxxxx, and other facilities owned, leased, occupied or operated by UF including the Research and Academic Center at Xxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx Laboratory for Marine Bioscience at Marineland, and the Clay County Extension Office. The aforementioned facilities include, but are not limited to, facilities/buildings of main campus, the University Athletic Association, the Cultural Plaza including Xxxx Museum of Art and Florida Museum of Natural History, East Campus, Human Resource Services, the Health Science Center, Flavet Field, Lake Wauburg, Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Innovation Hub, UF Health Springhill, and UF Health Xxxxxx Hospital.
University Facilities means all buildings and grounds, including athletic and recreational fields, on the University campus.
