Aris shall seek a direction from HM Customs and Excise under section 49(1)(b) Value Added Tax Act 0000 xxxt it shall be entitled to retain the VAT Records.
All the accounts, books, ledgers and financial and other records of whatsoever kind relating to the Business (including all VAT invoices and other VAT Records) and Securities Portfolio have been fully and properly kept and completed with no material omissions, inaccuracies or discrepancies contained or reflected therein.
