Vendor Products definition

Vendor Products means any software, service, code, application, website or other product offered by Vendor from time to time to its customers (or any component or feature of such product).

Vendor Products means the products listed in Schedule "A" hereto, including all upgrades and enhancements thereto accepted (as provided in Section 8.1)

Vendor Products means hardware, software and services of a Vendor.“

Examples of Vendor Products in a sentence

• Company reserves the right to alter the list of available Third Party Vendor Products at any time at its sole discretion.

• The list of available Third-Party Vendor Products for BitTitan for resale/marketing by the VAR under this Schedule is set forth in writing by a Company’s sales representative.

• The price payable by the VAR for the Third Party Vendor Products is provided in writing by a Company sales representative.

• The list of available Third-Party Vendor Products for ERPLY (Q-ZONE) for resale/marketing by the VAR under this Schedule is set forth in writing by a Company’s sales representative.

• The list of available Third-Party Vendor Products for MICROSOFT’S CSP PROGRAM for resale/marketing by the VAR under this Schedule is set forth in writing by a Company’s sales representative.

More Definitions of Vendor Products

Vendor Products includes all products offered and listed by Vendor for pick-up or delivery orders at Vendor Stores.

Vendor Products means all carbonated and noncarbonated, nonalcoholic beverages, including, but not limited to, carbonated soft drinks, ready-to-drink teas, ready-to-drink coffees, isotonics (sports drinks), juices and juice drinks, energy drinks and water as listed in Attachment B which may be amended by Vendor from time to time as mutually agreed by the Authority and Vendor.

Vendor Products exclude all Licensed Products set forth on Exhibit A as of the Effective Date other than the Res-Q 3400 Centrifuge and Res-Q Cart System). ThermoGenesis shall make good faith efforts to obtain such notice rights from the vendors of the Vendor Products. In the event that ThermoGenesis is unable to secure the notice rights from such vendors, then BioParadox shall have the right to independently source such Vendor Products. If BioParadox elects to independently source such Vendor Products, then ThermoGenesis shall provide any specifications or other information owned by ThermoGenesis with regard to such vendor Products, to the extent that such information may legally be disclosed and is not subject to nondisclosure, confidentiality or other legal restrictions. Any Res-Q Technology that is not a Licensed Product set forth on Exhibit A shall be available for supply to BioParadox under this Agreement only if ThermoGenesis or its Affiliates produces or sells such Licensed Products to Third Parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ThermoGenesis is not required to expand the Licensed Products it produces beyond those set forth on Exhibit A

Vendor Products means hardware and software products marketed by --------------- Vendor set forth on Exhibit B, which may be amended from time to time by the mutual agreement of Vendor and LSI. Vendor Products initially covered by this Agreement shall be categorized as either (a) "NCR Large Systems", or (b) "NCR Mid-Range Systems", as defined in Exhibit B.

Vendor Products means the products listed on the Participation Form.

Vendor Products means all products of the Purchased Business sold by the Purchased Business or its distributors or agents prior to the Time of Closing but excluding any products relating to or arising out of the Product Development and License Agreement between FlexSemi and eASIC Corporation and any other products the design, sale or manufacture of which are dependent upon rights arising from the Contracts set out in Schedule 2.2(e);
