Vital record definition

Vital record means that term as defined in section 2805 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.2805.
Vital record means a certificate or registration of birth, death, marriage, or divorce; an acknowledgment of parentage; or related data.
Vital record or "record" means a report of a vital life event that has been registered and supporting documentation.
