Woman Business Enterprise definition

Woman Business Enterprise means a business entity which follows the same guidelines as a Minority Business Enterprise but which is at last 51% owned by one or more women, or in the case of any publically owned business, at least 51% of the stock is owned by one or more of the women owners and whose management and daily business operations are controlled by one or more of the women who own the entity.
