Written Warning means a written reprimand.
Written Warning. The State may issue a written warning and solicit a response regarding the Contractor’s corrective action.

More Definitions of Written Warning

Written Warning means a form of sanction where a written record of the violation together with possible future sanctions for repeat violations are provided to the student and placed on the student’s file.
Written Warning means that the student has been notified that he or she has engaged in behavior that violated a rule or regulation of The University of Texas System or the University and that a further violation or violations of the regulations may result in more severe disciplinary action. The dean of students, the hearing officer or a majority of the SCB panel may impose conditions related to the offense, such as counseling, educational seminars, or unpaid work assignments. Failure to meet the condition(s) will be considered an additional violation.
Written Warning. A written warning will be issued to a Teacher for misconduct and/or poor performance. The memorandum will clearly state the reason(s) it is being issued.
